Due to public health guidelines, it is necessary to change some of our regular clinic policies. Our goal is to keep everyone, including the clinic staff and clients, healthy to enable us to remain open to care for your pets during this time.
We now have a large new reception area. This means that we can safely allow you back inside and you do not have to wait out in your cars this winter. Please remember that a face covering is required, and if you come for an appointment, you will need to complete our COVID screening form. While our reception room is large, we are still only allowed a limited number of people in it at a time. We ask that only one person attend each appointment if possible.
When the technician is ready, they will come out to the reception area to get your pet. They will go over any concerns you have, just like they would when you used to come into the exam room. They will then bring your pet into the treatment room. Once the patient has been assessed, the veterinarian will come out to discuss their findings, go over treatment options, and make a plan. When the appointment is over, your pet and any medications will be brought out to you.
Prescriptions and Food:
Please call or email the clinic for any prescription refills or food orders. Please call in your request at least 2 days before you plan to come to pick it up so that we have time to order it in if needed and get it ready. When you arrive to pick up prescriptions, you can come in to pick them up. Please wear a face covering and maintain a physical distance of 6′ (or two Great Danes) from others inside.
Alternatively, food orders can be placed at our online store for direct delivery to your home. Call or email the clinic to be set up on MyVetStore.
