Due to public health guidelines, it is necessary to change some of our regular clinic policies. Our goal is to keep everyone, including the clinic staff and clients, healthy to enable us to remain open to care for your pets during this time.
We are operating under a ‘closed door’ policy, which means that clients do not enter the clinic.
So How Does This Work?
Please remain in your vehicle when you arrive.
Text 226-755-3281 or call 519-620-9948 to let us know you have arrived.
When the technician is ready, they will come out to the vehicle to get your pet. They will go over any concerns you have, just like they would when you used to come into the exam room. They will then bring your pet into the clinic.
Once the patient has been assessed, the veterinarian will come out to discuss their findings, go over treatment options, and make a plan. When the appointment is over, your pet and any medications will be brought out to you.
The invoice will be emailed to you. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or by sending an e-transfer to email@example.com.
Prescriptions and Food:
Please call or email the clinic for any prescription refills or food orders. Please call in your request at least 2 days before you plan to come pick it up so that we have time to order it in if needed and get it ready. When you arrive to pick up prescriptions, just send us a text, or give us a call and we will set it on the table for you to pick up. Invoices will be emailed and you can pay by credit card on the phone or by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, food orders can be place at our online store for direct delivery to your home. Call or email the clinic to be set up on MyVetStore.
